Following a ten-year career on Wall Street, Ed Cowle has been starting, financing and advising small businesses for the past 20 years. He is Founder and Director of Zero Gravity Solutions, Laser Technology, Inc, Biophan Technologies, Inc, Golf Technologies, Inc., and U.S. Rare Earths. Ed has an extensive background in licensing various technologies from universities and government agencies.
He has licensed technology from NYU, Temple University, and most recently NASA and Johns Hopkins University.
Director of Business Development
During a 30-year career, Todd Cowle has worked at some of the largest investment banks in various capacities. He is proficient in all aspects of investment banking, business development, capital formation and wealth management. He has functioned as trader, portfolio manager, and research analyst. Mr. Cowle has been a Managing Director at Bear Stearns, where he worked with insurance companies, municipalities and hedge funds. Later, he was a Senior Vice President at RBC Dain Rauscher and at Prudential Securities, where he was responsible for more than $400,000,000 in customer accounts. Recently Mr. Cowle has worked as a consultant to hedge funds and family offices.

Jeff played hockey at both Arizona State University and the University of Oklahoma-
where he graduated with a degree focusing on Health and Exercise Science. Following college, Jeff worked in physical therapy clinics helping athletes get back in the game, as well as working with patients to come back strong after spine surgery. With his background and participation in sports and fitness his whole life, Jeff has a passion for safe and innovative methods of healthy living. Jeff is a licensed commercial real estate agent in Texas, and is the Head Coach for Highland Park Hockey Association’s high school hockey team and the Texas Warriors 14U ‘AA’ hockey club.
Director of Communications and Media
Ms. Lewis, JD, MBA, and certified aerobics instructor has more than 20 years of marketing and PR experience on both the client and agency side. She has led the development of Sam’s Club’s Outdoor Living Guide, which includes sports shoes, and research for Cardinal Health with the BCG. She worked with a former head of marketing and PR for Universal Motion Pictures and has built three companies to acquisition. Recently she helped a physician-run weight loss clinic redefine its brand and plan expansion to 400 locations with McKinsey & Co.
Advisor to the Board of Directors
Mr. Keiller is in the WPI Office of Intellectual Property & Innovation (IPI) at WPI, where he identifies, evaluates, values, protects, classifies, markets, and licenses the intellectual property assets developed by WPI researchers and other significant users of WPI resources. The office maintains close working relationships with faculty and staff researchers, manages the patented technologies database, and facilitates the transfer of WPI-owned intellectual property.
Steven Rosenfeld, Esq.
Steven formed the Law Offices of Steven E. Rosenfeld, P.C. in 1999 and since the inception of his practice, Steven has represented everyone from prominent celebrities, distinguished professionals, to small business owners, and housewives. Steven was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1982 giving him over 30 years of experience in litigating matrimonial, real estate, and commercial matters. Steven is one of only a handful of lawyers admitted to try cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also admitted in both New York and New Jersey and has tried cases in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Chicago,IL, Florida and California. Steven graduated from Vermont Law School, cum laude in 1981, after earning his BA from Dartmouth College in 1978.

Christopher Lutz is a Partner at Chapin Intellectual Property Law, LLC, with significant experience in both
patent law and engineering. Chris has over 15 years of experience practicing in patent law. Chris Lutz holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, with a concentration in Electrical Engineering, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), and a Juris Doctorate degree from New England School of Law.
